NBNC,LLC is dedicated to helping individuals and families affected by mental illness and developmental disabilities with CAP MR/DD services to achieve their full potential to live, work and play in the community.
NBNC,LLC is a human services organization that strives to provide quality integrated assistance to persons receiving services within the areas of mental health and developmental disabilities.. Our organization is endorsed by Cumberland County Local Management Entity (LME) and certified by the NC Department of Mental Health.
NBNC,LLC is undergoing national accreditation by the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL). We pride ourselves with our friendly and professional service delivery, assuring persons receiving services and their families receive the highest standards possible.

Our vision is to reduce the stress of staff turnover by allowing the individual and/or family to set wages and offer benefits within the constraints of their individual budget. This process will also assist in maintaining quality staff.
